Richard's professional experience includes 27 + years in the drilling industry. Richard has worked 26 years as a drilling fluid
technician, working in the field throughout the Edson, Grande Prairie and Northern Alberta areas. Richard has been in technical sales since 1991, and has built a strong customer based on his honesty, technical abilities and his commitment to customer satisfaction.
Duties as Sales Manager

Manage all of Advantage's sales staff

Monitor and approve sales promotional costs

Aid in the development of new customers

Advise and aid in all technical and field problems

Co-ordinate communications between field operations and customers

Perform area studies and work closely with Advantage's customers to ensure proper drilling fluids are being programmed and implemented

Budget wells awarded to operate at a profitable margin
Relevant Skills & Accomplishments

Develop technical proposals and drilling fluid programs for Advantage customers.

Oversee and add technical support in the development and implementation of new drilling fluid products and systems.

Possess strong communication and technical skills.

Has worked with all types of drilling fluids on all types of wells throughout Western Canada.
