technician both internationally and domestically.
Duties as Operations Manager

Manage all of Advantage's field staff

Budget, monitor and approve all field operating costs

Aid in the development of new field mud technicians

Advise and aid in all technical and field problems

Co-ordinate communications between field operations and Calgary sales

Perform the duties of safety co-coordinator.
Relevant Skills & Accomplishments

Designed a customized database drilling fluid computer program for Advantage's field technicians to perform their paperwork and reporting.

Work with the technical department in developing proposals for Advantage customers.

Oversee and add technical support in the development and implementation of new drilling fluid products and systems.

Co-authored the Reef Mud's Drilling Fluid Manual in 1996.

Authored the Advantage Mud Safety Policy Manual.

Supervised over 25 mud technicians and 70 drilling rigs at peak drilling seasons throughout his career.

Assisted in the writing of Advantage's Canadian Drilling Fluids Handbook.

Developed computerized Advantage Hydraulics Worksheet for the field

Possess strong communication and technical skills.

Has worked with all types of drilling fluids on all types of wells.
